Quality Improvement and Community Services Accreditation (QICSA) is a not-for-profit, member-based organisation that operates for the benefit of the Australian community through its work with health and community service organisations. QICSA aims to support these organisations to provide services that are safe and of high quality, backed by strong and efficient organisational processes, systems and infrastructure. We do this through our work as an assessing and accrediting body — through objective external reviews of organisations and their services — and through a range of activities which improve the quality knowledge, skills and capacities of organisations and their staff.

In this way, we work for better health and wellbeing outcomes for all in our community.
